Stand with Israel in Their Fight to Survive
The situation in Israel is extremely urgent despite the tenuous ceasefire with Hezbollah. Terrorist attacks are continuing across the country, and it is not safe for thousands to return home. Thousands more have had their homes damaged or destroyed, and our help is needed now more than ever.
The battle Israel is fighting to survive is not of a battle of their choosing, but one they cannot afford to lose. Regrettably, Israel’s support in the world continues to drop, and this is especially true among young people.
When Iran says they want to wipe Israel off the map, they are not speaking metaphorically. It is a tenet of their religion that the Mahdi (the Muslim version of the Messiah) will only come in a bloody war. They do not fear war, and they are hellbent on seeing Israel destroyed. The threat of a mushroom cloud continues to loom darkly on Israel’s horizon.
Ever since the deadly Hamas invasion on October 7, we have been standing on the front lines to meet the urgent needs of the suffering Jewish people. The war that is raging has left thousands homeless, injured, bereaved, or dead. So many families have been torn apart.
Israel faces threats on all fronts. During this unprecedented period in the nation’s history, Israel needs the support of its friends more than ever.
The Urgency of the Situation
Now, more than any time in recent history, we must support Israel in its fight for survival. The threat is real, and the stakes are higher than ever. As Iran’s aggression escalates, we must respond with unwavering solidarity and practical assistance to God’s Chosen People.
Our Response: Rapid and Compassionate Aid
In the face of this crisis, we are doing all we can to help the suffering Jewish people. We were among the first to provide immediate humanitarian assistance to those affected by the attacks, and we have continued that outreach through our Rapid Response Teams ever since.
This work is only possible because of the generous support of friends like you. With your help, we are able to provide essential aid, including:
- Critical supplies to the heroic members of the Israel Defense Force
- Emergency shelter and housing for those who have been forced to flee their homes
- Food and supplies to meet the critical needs of families struggling in the aftermath of the attacks
- Medicine and urgent care to Holocaust survivors and others who are fearful to leave their homes
- Professional trauma counseling to help survivors cope with the emotional and psychological impact of the terrorist attacks
The Power of Christian Love in Action
Together we are demonstrating the true spirit of Christian love and compassion. We are standing with the Jewish people, offering them hope and support in their darkest hour. We host events at the Friends of Zion campus in Jerusalem to honor the victims and survivors of the terrorist attacks. We are staunch defenders of God’s Chosen People and are committed to fighting the false narrative that seeks to rewrite history and portray Israel as the aggressor.
Together We Can Make a Difference
In this “such a time as this” moment, we must not stand idly by. As the world continues to turn its back against the nation of Israel, the Jewish people need to hear from us. They need to know that we are their friends, their allies, and they are not alone in their struggle for survival. We must reach out to them with compassion and generosity, offering them the support they need to stand strong against this very real threat to their survival.
Together, we can make a tangible impact on the lives of those who have been directly affected by the relentless wave of cowardly attacks.
Please donate today and stand with God’s Chosen People in their time of need.
If you are able to send a gift of $100 or more, we will send you a beautiful and authentic ram’s horn shofar. The Jewish people have used these ancient horns for centuries to call people to worship and declare that the Lord God is King of the universe. Your shofar will be a constant reminder to you to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
Your ambassador to Jerusalem,
Dr. Mike Evans
