Urgent Help for Holocaust Survivors in Ukraine
After more than two years of war, the people of Ukraine are suffering unimaginable hardships. For the poor, elderly Holocaust survivors—many of whom have no family to care for them—the situation is truly dire.
With the brutal winter approaching, Russian attacks have left much of Ukraine’s electric grid destroyed. Nearly 40% of the country’s power stations have been damaged, plunging families into cold and darkness. Food shelves are empty, medicine is scarce, and heating is nearly impossible for those who can’t afford it.
These precious survivors—already scarred by the horrors of the Holocaust—are now facing freezing temperatures and crippling hunger. Some are unable to leave their tiny apartments. Others are too afraid to go outside. Many are wondering if anyone cares enough to help.
But you can be the answer to their prayers.
We Must Act Now
Thanks to the support of compassionate friends like you, we’ve been delivering food, medicine, clothing, and emergency supplies to Ukraine for over a decade. Since the war began, we’ve been able to expand our efforts, but the need continues to grow daily.
Now, we must raise $75,000 immediately to provide:
- Emergency food packages to feed the hungry
- Warm clothing and blankets to fight the cold
- Critical medicine to save lives
- Hope for those who feel forgotten
This is how we live out Isaiah 58:7—to “feed the hungry and clothe the naked.”
Your Gift Changes Lives
When you give today, you’re not just helping Holocaust survivors in Ukraine—you’re standing with God’s Chosen People. Through the Jerusalem Prayer Team, your support also provides:
- Weekly food deliveries to thousands of poor Holocaust survivors in Israel
- Emergency aid to Jewish widows and orphans
- Bar and bat mitzvahs for Holocaust survivors who missed this sacred milestone as children
- Advocacy and support for Israel through the Friends of Zion Museum
